*Service Terms*
Pets must be accessible and secure during service. No Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC staff member will enter a home, clients must hand over pets for the service to be rendered.
If a Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC staff member must enter a premises, client supervision must be present. Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC takes no responsibility for loss of property and damages.
Additional fees for extreme matting, and tangling can and will be charged.
We do not shave any pets that fall into the ‘short hair classes’, it can only be done at the clients request and at an additional fee.
You are encouraged to book your service in advance and give grooming instructions the day before the service is provided, via our contact provided, as this will determine time slots booked. Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC will not shave or de-matte any pet if the service wasn’t booked in advance.
Grooming can commence in all weather conditions, but it’s the client’s responsibility to check weather conditions prior to booking and then to cancel or reschedule in advance.
Bookings are not reserved until payment is made in full or payment arrangements are agreed upon by both parties.
Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC reserves the right to cancel bookings for whatever reason, including incorrect information being provided, events outside of Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC control.
Clients will not hold Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC responsible, its staff nor owners liable for any loss or injury to their pets and/or property.
As a mobile grooming service, Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC will use the client’s water and electricity to deliver the service in the comfort of the client’s home. It is the owner’s responsibility, to appoint someone or to confirm themselves that all electrical points are switched on and off as they prefer and that taps are closed to their preference after service is completed.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure a safe parking location. If Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC or its staff members incur any loss, because of unsafe parking, Mobile Paws may hold the client liable

At the latest and upon arrangement full payment must be made in the same month as the services rendered, failure to do so will incur interest and legal action.
If upon arrival, there are additional requirements payment will be required prior to grooming.
Failure to make timeous payment will result in late payment fees and interest and may result in an impaired credit record.
*Operating Hours Depending on Branch*
If the client delays the team from grooming a pet, then Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC reserves the right to charge an additional fee for every 15min delay. We reserve the right to turn away clients that are over 15 minutes late for their appointment.
Please note we do not guarantee arrival times as we deal with many factors that can cause delays including traffic, moody pets.
No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed if clients or their pets are not present on arrival.

If false representations about the pet’s behavior were made when asked during booking of an appointment, we will discontinue services and Client will still be responsible for the full grooming charge. Client will be liable for any bites, or any property damage caused by their pet(s)
Severely matted dogs, and cats, will be shaved to prevent pain and suffering.
By using Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC services, the client grants permission for matted hair to be shaved and stripped. The additional cost of this will be carried by the client.
It should be noted that there is a greater risk of cuts and injury for severely matted pets and Mobile Paws will not be held liable for the injury of any pet.
Shaving heavily matted fur can potentially cause or expose irritated skin.
No refunds will be processed if Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC staff are unable to groom your pet due to the severity of the matting.
Shaving your pet may dramatically change your pet’s appearance and the hair will be very close to the skin. This may expose pre-existing skin conditions. Client’s pet will receive a shave down & start over. Closely shaved pets are also prone to sunburn & should either have sunscreen applied daily or should be kept out of the sun until the hair grows back to protect the skin.
In some cases, pets may also exhibit brief behavioral changes.
In certain breeds & coat types, the coat may not grow back the same. Removing a heavily matted coat includes the risk of nicks, cuts and/or abrasions due to moles, warts or skin folds trapped in the mats.
Heavy matting can also trap moisture near the pet’s skin which can cause mold, fungus, bacteria or skin irritations that exist prior to the grooming process. The after-effects of mat removal procedures may include itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions, or failure of hair to re-grow. Client is responsible for the condition of the pet’s coat and will not hold Twinsaver Mobile Grooming LLC responsible in the event of adverse effects of mat removal.

Chronic pain or arthritis
Recent surgeries or injuries
Pregnancy or nursing
Pets must be up to date on all necessary vaccinations, preventatives, and medications, including:
Rabies
Distemper
Parvovirus
Flea and tick prevention
Heartworm prevention
Pets has no known allergies or sensitivities to:
Grooming products (shampoos, conditioners, dips etc.)
Equipment (clippers, scissors, etc.)
All Medical Conditions must be communicated and disclosed including but not limited to:
Seizure disorders
Hearing or vision impairments
Mobility issues (arthritis, hip dysplasia, etc.)
Skin conditions (acne, eczema, etc.)
Grooming can be cancelled at any time at full payment if the grooming staff feel that a pet’s health and response to grooming is a risk.
